Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Include original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

Any items that do not meet these requirements may be declined at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • All sale or discounted merchandise
  • Gift certificates
  • Intimate items, including shapewear and undergarments

Refund Approval

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on the condition and integrity of the returned merchandise.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.
